Mechanical Plans

The importance of "rough in" plans for your kitchen appliances cannot be overstated. Determining each unique kitchen appliance rough in requirement while in the planning & budgeting stage is a critical component of the design process. Then managing the outcome of the kitchen remodel to ensure compliance with the plan is really the key to a smooth on time kitchen remodel. When appliances are bought elsewhere, it is almost guaranteed that the new appliance will not match the rough in or niche requirements of specified by the kitchen designer.
